Clinical Hypnosis for Academic Anxiety
Clinical hypnosis is a great way to help you engage in deep relaxation and tap into your mind’s natural resilience. Students will learn more about clinical hypnosis is and how you can use it to reduce academic anxiety, tap into your love of learning, and increase your confidence performing academic goals. Sessions will focus on hypnosis exercises and teaching you how to use hypnosis on you own.
